National Shipping Deadlines
You will receive your items completely free of charge anywhere in the country. Your order will be dispatched in the time indicated in the product.
The delivery times are as follows:
- Shipments within CABA will be made in 24 business hours through our private courier.
- Packages for the interior of the country will be sent through OCA. We will notify you of the tracking number in an email. The delivery time will depend on the period it takes OCA to reach your destination.

The value of the shipment and the additional charges related to taxes or customs of the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. To make the shipment we will ask you to provide us with a real address inside or outside the country. In addition, we will ask you for a phone number and the full name of the person who will receive the package. We only make personal deliveries.

Exchange & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, at Damián Colombo we are here to help you. All your purchases have an exchange service, if they are made within the next 30 days after receiving the product.
To make an exchange you must:
Have made the purchase within Argentina.
Have the item in excellent condition, without having been used or modified.
Have the receipt of the purchase or some proof of purchase.
Provide the original certificate with the return if you have received one.
Custom items or personalized (engraving of the piece, among others) do not apply for exchanges or returns.
You will have to bear all the administrative and shipping costs.
The item must correspond to the one entered in our purchase records.
What should I do if I want to request an Exchange??
